Srushti Dehmukh was preparing to sit for UPSC in the 3rd stage of her engineer degree. When she graduated in engineering, she was unsure if it could make her feel happy. In the end, she realized that civil service was what she loved and devoted herself to the field. Her parents encouraged her to go into civil services and have an employment in the public sector. Her motivation was constant and she determined to become an IAS officer. To be able to pass UPSC to be successful, more hard work is necessary. She prepared for UPSC subject areas while she was studying her engineering. Exam preparation was conducted daily. It took her just one month working on the exam and was away from social media and her social daily life. She believes that focus and concentration are the key for success in the exam to be a government official. She was extremely committed to passing the test, and she put in a good deal of effort. Daily, she would read the newspapers to stay abreast of the latest news. Rajya Sabha TV, online resources and other study tools proved to be a great help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh published a follow-up book that was called, The Answer Writing manual. You can find it in every state library.
